Randy J. Loper Drug Accusations

On May 24, Randy J. Loper was arrested for possession of drugs. He was previously convicted of narcotics, but this time, he faces up to 50 years in prison and/or fines of up to $86,000. 

The police saw a man driving a car who was not wearing a seat belt. The drugs in the car were discovered accidentally. Now, Randy J. Loper has been convicted of drug possession, possession with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The passenger said that the arrested man was his drug dealer. A cash bond for Randy Loper is $750. 

In the vehicle, there was discovered a few clear plastic baggies with white and green leafy substances, yellow capsules, white residue, and orange pills. There was also found white powder, a steel spatula, a scraper, and lighters.
